Overview

As an Operations & Business Support Specialist at Hopae, you'll play a key role in building scalable systems and solving real operational challenges across the company.

In Short

• Identify and fix inefficiencies in day-to-day operations through automation, documentation, and scalable workflows
• Design and implement new processes across teams, including internal knowledge bases and self-service tools
• Support the executive team with high-priority tasks, time-sensitive research, and strategic project execution
• Manage administrative functions such as office ops, record keeping, onboarding, HR documentation, and asset tracking
• Coordinate vendor relationships, financial documentation, and routine finance tasks (expense processing, invoice management)
• Assist with grants, compliance requirements, and government support program documentation

Requirements

• Fast-moving problem solver with a builder’s mindset
• Structured thinker with strong attention to detail and an instinct for process design
• Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack
• Uses AI tools daily to solve problems and automate tasks
• Comfortable researching, prioritizing, and executing tasks with minimal supervision
• Clear communication skills in English or Korean
• Bonus: experience in operations, admin, finance, or startup environments
