In Short

• Provide enrollment support for new PACE enrollees.
• Communicate pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies.
• Coordinate facility discharges and medication reconciliation.
• Provide help desk support to network pharmacies.
• Educate PACE staff on pharmacy processes.
• Make outgoing calls to gather necessary information.
• Coordinate courier services for timely medication delivery.

• Work on weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

• HS diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong patient-centered focus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, especially via phone.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Reliable and efficient.
• Understanding of clinical terms and impacts.
