In Short

• Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain personnel records and data in our HRIS (e.g., Personio).
• Be the first point of contact for employees on HR-related questions.
• Assist with payroll preparation and provide coverage as needed.
• Participate in internal communication formats like the monthly employee newsletter.
• Contribute to HR projects like benefits optimization and process digitization.
• Create standard reports in our system tools to support business partnering.
• Support the introduction of AI initiatives within the HR team and the company.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a degree with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally in (Tech) recruiting and HR administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Personio and digital tools like Google Workspace.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with colleagues and hiring managers.
• Organizational talent with the ability to set clear priorities.
• Reliable, discreet, and precise in HR matters.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality who also drives topics independently.
• Practical experience in applying AI across the HR value chain.
