Design Engineer - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Design Engineer to own the central experience of how marketers interact with our platform, combining design taste and engineering execution.

In Short

• Own the core product experience end-to-end: interaction design, polish, performance, and stability.
• Move fluidly from concept to production, often in the same day.
• Design and build motion-rich, responsive interfaces with expert-level CSS.
• Architect front-end state that scales across complex, real-time interactions.
• Define new patterns for working with software in the age of agents.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to translate product ideas into features.
• Build and evolve our design system through hands-on prototyping.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a design engineer or front-end engineer with strong design ownership.
• Deep proficiency in the modern web stack (TypeScript, React, Tailwind, CSS-in-JS).
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into clear interaction models.
• Strong command of front-end state management.
• Comfort working between design and code tools.
• High personal bar for quality and clarity.
