Darkroom is seeking an Associate Director, Design to lead a team of designers and ensure high-quality design execution across various platforms. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in design projects.

• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and design effective solutions.
• Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities in English.
• Experience collaborating with developers for design hand-offs.
• Strong sense of ownership and detail orientation.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to team members.
