Overview

Brilliant Earth is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our HR Operations function across our 850+ employee organization, serving as a strategic partner across HR disciplines.

In Short

• Support onboarding, training, benefits administration, payroll, HR systems management, and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage leave of absence and accommodation processes.
• Administer and optimize HRIS (Oracle HCM/Redwood).
• Lead process improvement initiatives for HR operations.
• Assist in benefits and payroll administration.
• Analyze employee engagement and turnover data.
• Contribute to employee culture initiatives and events.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
