Overview

The Tax Director – M&A will lead strategic tax advisory services for private equity firms, corporate clients, and their portfolio companies, focusing on tax structuring, due diligence, and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.

Requirements

• CPA or EA required.

• Experience with flow-through entities and REITs is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
