Temporary Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Temporary Instructional Designer supports the Learning & Development team during a high-volume content development period. This individual is responsible for designing and developing high-quality, learner-centered digital learning experiences, with a strong focus on Articulate Rise development.

In Short

• Part-time, temporary position (June - September)
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Design and develop engaging digital learning modules
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and SMEs
• Follow established templates and branding guidelines
• Conduct basic quality assurance
• Support additional learning development efforts
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Exposure to BPM’s learning standards and practices
• Flexible work aligned to project needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, with emphasis on Rise
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles
• Familiarity with SCORM packaging
• Ability to transform raw content into polished learning experiences
• Experience in professional services or technical learning environments (preferred)
• Experience designing interactive learning experiences (preferred)
• Experience in AI video generation (preferred)
