Overview

As Director of M&A, you will lead the identification, assessment, and execution of acquisition opportunities that align with Toptal’s strategic growth objectives, particularly in the talent, IT services, and tech product ecosystems.

In Short

• Lead identification and execution of acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in M&A or corporate development.
• Experience with tech services or product-based acquisitions preferred.
• Strong skills in valuation and deal structuring.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with post-acquisition integration.
• Ability to juggle multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Proven ability to present to C-level leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Relentless attention to detail.
