Overview

The Director of Land Acquisitions will be a key member of the Development team, responsible for developing and implementing the company’s acquisitions strategy.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of zoning and land use practices.
• Familiarity with debt finance for real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
