In Short

• Lead negotiations for real estate contracts for solar and storage projects.
• Track due diligence and project status reporting.
• Assist with market and site analysis.
• Review and resolve title matters.
• Coordinate efforts among key project stakeholders.
• Draft and execute various agreements.
• Prepare land project budgets.
• Solve project hurdles in coordination with other teams.
• Experience with title insurance and ALTA surveys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preference for Juris Doctor.
• 7+ years of renewable energy project development experience.
• 5+ years of real estate development experience.
• Proficient in Google Earth and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of real estate issues in energy development.
• Ability to interpret legal documents.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Passion for green energy.
