Senior Manager, Execution Management - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Execution Management (Sr. EM) is a pivotal role responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle, from offtake negotiations, execution of the major procurement & service agreements, and all other functions up through mobilizing of construction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of cross-functional project management experience.
• 3 years in utility-scale renewable energy project development.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and financial management.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project costs and timelines.
• Basic understanding of project scheduling and technical milestones.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, P6, and SmartSheets.
• Familiarity with utility-scale EPC contracting and project lifecycle activities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
