Overview

The Project Site Designer will lead site design efforts across various projects, focusing on creating high-quality prefab housing solutions while ensuring compliance with zoning laws and building codes.

• Lead preparation of site plans and construction documents.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or 5-10 years relevant experience.
• Expertise in architectural document production.
• Understanding of zoning laws and entitlement processes.
• Experience with multifamily and modular homes is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
