Villa is seeking a dynamic Corporate Counsel to join our in-house legal team, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s legal needs across various business functions in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial contracts, compliance, and real estate matters.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on legal matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 3-5+ years of legal experience in corporate law and real estate.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to navigate complex legal matters in a startup environment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and alignment with company objectives.
• Willingness to learn and tackle new projects.
