Overview

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role plays a key part in managing and executing daily HR operational transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

In Short

  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, or procedures
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and troubleshooting employee benefits issues
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and other HR-related systems
  • Assist HR team with facilitating performance assessment process and goal tracking
  • Support the HR Business Partner team in scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring logistics
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding logistics for exiting employees and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
  • Support employees with leave requests and maintain up-to-date knowledge of leave regulations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Experience maintaining compliance standards within an organization
  • Familiarity with multi-state or distributed workforces
