Overview

The HR Director for Mainland Europe will support the EMEA HR Director and wider HR Team to deliver exceptional HR services across the region, focusing on recruitment, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements

• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with European recruitment.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices in Europe.
• Proven experience in a similar pan-European role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across Europe frequently.
