Overview

The Business Development Manager for the Nordics will be responsible for increasing revenue and market share through the SANS product portfolio, focusing on both commercial and government accounts, while developing existing client relationships and pursuing new contracts.

In Short

  • Acquire new customers from a target list.
  • Understand the SANS portfolio to generate quality opportunities.
  • Stay updated on Cyber Security industry trends.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects.
  • Forecast sales monthly in line with CRM processes.
  • Manage relationships with all customers including resellers.
  • Monitor payment of customer invoices.
  • Support marketing campaigns and SANS events.
  • Manage and deliver agreed targets and KPIs.
  • Translate industry developments into customer solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in a BDM or Sales role in the Nordic Region Enterprise Sector.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize demands.
  • Self-motivated and resilient in delivering results.
  • Proven track record in a field sales role.
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage change and work autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
