Director of HR, North America - Remote

Overview

The Director of HR, North America will serve as the strategic HR leader for the North America region and corporate functions, providing hands-on HR leadership aligned to business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years managing HR Business Partners.
• Experience as a strategic HR business partner.
• Strong employee relations and change management experience.
• Understanding of North American employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.
