Requirements

• 12+ years of human resources experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in consulting or matrixed organizations.
• Expert-level knowledge of HR services.
• Deep experience with HRIMS/HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and goal setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high-level business ethics.
