Overview

The Director, Merchant Services North America will play a pivotal role in driving Paystone's strategic expansion into the US market, focusing on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) in the US.

In Short

  • Lead the Canadian business unit and manage a team.
  • Identify and recruit new US-based ISOs.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for market expansion.

  • Lead onboarding and training for ISO partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the payments industry or related field.
  • Proven experience in ISO recruitment and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the US and Canada payments landscape.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and external partners.
  • Experience managing sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
