Business Development Manager, Nordics & Baltics - Remote

Overview

The Business Development Manager - Europe (Nordics & Baltics) will be responsible for building Shield AI’s business opportunities primarily in the Nordics & Baltics, focusing on orders execution and growth while engaging with customers and attending events.

In Short

• Engage with customers regularly to present and discuss Shield AI products.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Shield AI products.
• Coordinate marketing and government relations opportunities.

Requirements

• Willing to remain in or expatriate to Europe.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Charismatic leader with motivational abilities.
• Understanding of military operations and acquisition processes.
• Over 6 years of relevant military or defense industry experience.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong international relationships.
• Technical knowledge in UAV and/or AI disciplines.
• Willing to travel internationally frequently.
• Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate military education.
