Overview

As a Lead Program Finance professional at Shield AI, you will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, analyzing data trends, and providing financial support to various teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze data trends to provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Program Management and Aircraft Ops for financial support.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Support financial operational planning and investment decisions.
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting.
• Monitor material movement and cost trends with inventory teams.
• Ensure financial alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Familiarity with cost accounting and government contracts.
• Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills.
