Program Lead - Remote

Overview

The Program Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the overall success of homestay programs by managing team members, client relationships, and contributing to the business strategy.

Requirements

• Three or more years of Customer Service experience.
• Five or more years working with international students.
• One or more years of Leadership experience.
• Post-Secondary Education in International Studies or related fields.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Sound judgment in complex situations.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Email, and databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French is an asset.
