Requirements

• Completion of an undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Strong donor relations and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated planning and project management abilities.
• Strong writing skills for clear communication.
• Experience in managing fundraising teams.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive insights.
• Experience in developing revenue-increasing strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
