Overview

The Executive Director will lead Heritage BC, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for British Columbia’s cultural heritage. The role requires a visionary leader with strong financial literacy and exceptional business acumen.

Requirements

• Five or more years’ experience in a senior leadership role.
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields.
• Knowledge of the BC heritage sector.

• Experience with volunteer Boards.
• Strong operations management capabilities.
• Financial acumen and budgeting knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
