AIM Youth Mental Health is seeking a driven Executive Director (ED) to guide our next phase of growth. As our leader, you'll be the driving force behind our mission, shaping our strategic direction, overseeing operations, and cultivating vital partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience in leadership roles, preferably in non-profit organizations.
• Strong fundraising and donor relations skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience in organizational growth and strategic planning.
• Strong management skills and experience working with a team.
• Background in mental health or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to articulate research findings compellingly.
• Experience with public speaking and media communications.
• Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships.
• Passion for youth mental health advocacy.
