Overview

The Executive Director, Legal will provide legal advice and support for MUFG Investor Services, focusing on regulatory needs and documentation for core business operations.

• Provide legal advisory and documentation support for fund administration and related services.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7-10 years’ post qualification experience.
• Valid practicing certificate in England and Wales or New York.
• Experience in an in-house legal role with a bank or fund service provider.
