Junior RFP Writer - Remote

Overview

The Junior RFP Writer will be responsible for collecting and maintaining responses to requests for proposal (RFP) and assisting the Senior RFP Writer in preparing RFP responses.

• Collect and maintain responses to RFPs.
• Assist Senior RFP Writer with RFP sections.
• Create and maintain a database for previous responses.
• Ensure consistent tone across different writers' sections.
• Match content with RFP requirements.
• Include standard proposal language as per company policy.

• Ensure timely proposal development.
• Work with internal stakeholders to keep data updated.
• Utilize experience in corporate environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance (desired).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in RFP writing for financial services.
• At least 1 year of experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Qvidian/Upland is beneficial.
