Overview

The Executive Director will lead Akashinga, a conservation organization, focusing on expanding its brand and funding sources while managing a team and ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
• Experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus.
