  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially.
  • Multicultural sensitivity and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising practices.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
