The Senior Country Director – Heifer USA is a mission-driven, visionary, action-oriented leader responsible for advancing regenerative agriculture across the United States. This role requires collaboration with farmers and organizations to build programs that promote equity, ecology, and economic resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Agronomy or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in strategy development and execution.
• Proven success in securing funding from institutional donors.
• Experience in community economic development projects.
• Strong networking and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with NGO operations in the U.S.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred.
• Master’s degree in relevant fields is a plus.
