Senior Account Director - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Account Director is a key role in C&W with responsibility to manage the client relationship while providing exceptional client service and delivering on all aspects of the contract.

• Manage day-to-day client relationships for multiple accounts.
• Set strategy for accounts and lead a team of Directors and Managers.
• Ensure service delivery excellence across various service lines.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage account P&L and financial performance.
• Implement account governance processes.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing service solutions.
• Support talent management and team development.
• Contribute to overall service and financial performance.
• Travel as required (up to 20% of time).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years at management level.
• Experience in client and contract management.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and develop talent.
• Technical domain knowledge in facility management and related services.
• Experience in managing integrated services accounts.
• Ability to analyze complex business documents.
• US citizenship required.
