Requirements

• Seven years of experience in nonprofit fundraising.
• Three or more years of direct management experience.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and project management abilities.
