Overview

This position is for a Legal Intern to assist the Legal Department of Mercy For Animals in Brazil, ensuring legal compliance across operations and supporting judicial and administrative procedures.

• Assist in legal review of materials and campaign strategies.
• Support legal inquiries related to freedom of expression and animal rights.
• Draft and review legal documents and conduct necessary legal research.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a higher education institution in Law (from the 5th semester).
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in Portuguese.
• Familiarity with animal rights and freedom of expression issues.
• Support for the philosophy of Mercy For Animals.
