Overview

The Director of Impact Philanthropy will play a key role in expanding Kiva's strategic partnership efforts, focusing on major giving and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and organizations.

• Responsible for generating at least $2 million in gifts annually.
• Manage relationships with 100-150 supporters or prospects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of diversified fundraising experience in a nonprofit environment.
• Proven track record in major gifts fundraising.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
• Results-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust.
• Independent and enthusiastic networker.
• Familiarity with digital marketing for high-net-worth individuals.
• Preferred experience in international development fundraising.
• Comfortable leveraging SaaS platforms for team collaboration.
