Marketing Creative Insights Intern - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Creative Insights Intern will assist the Marketing team in analyzing and documenting creative trends across Kiva’s email campaigns, bridging creativity and strategy.

In Short

• Part-time internship (24 - 32 hours/week) for 6 months.
• Remote position based in the United States.
• Analyze email performance and document creative elements.
• Collaborate with marketing managers on data-driven insights.
• Participate in creative brainstorms and retrospectives.
• Gain exposure to microfinance concepts and professional development.
• Work with tools like Looker, Google Sheets, and Figma.
• Develop an “Insights Report” for future campaigns.
• Contribute to a values-driven and inclusive culture.
• Receive a stipend of $800/month (before taxes).

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old by January 13, 2026.
• Able to commit to the full 6-month term.
• Intermediate skills in Looker, Google Sheets, Figma, and Iterable.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Enjoys problem-solving and relationship building.
• Highly organized and adaptable to a start-up environment.
