Overview

As a Marketing & CRM Intern at OCTO, you will work within the Business team to support marketing campaigns and manage CRM activities, enhancing the company's visibility and client relationships.

In Short

• Manage marketing campaigns to promote OCTO.
• Assist in organizing client events and managing invitations.
• Work on SEO to improve online visibility.
• Implement advertising operations using Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Help manage the OCTO website and blog.
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare reports.
• Facilitate communication between business and tech teams.
• Manage Hubspot CRM, including KPI tracking and reporting.
• Enrich and clean the CRM database.
• Ensure proper CRM usage across teams.

Requirements

• Looking for an internship starting in 2025 with a schedule of 4 days in the company and 1 day in training.
• Previous experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of CRM (preferably Hubspot) and Excel.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce reliable reports.
• Curiosity to understand OCTO's culture and needs.
