Marketing Documentation & Project Management Intern - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Documentation & Project Management Intern will assist the Marketing department at Kiva in creating and maintaining a knowledge base for operational documentation.

In Short

• Work with the Marketing department to create a knowledge base.
• Conduct a marketing resource audit of internal tools.
• Propose a structure for organizing resources efficiently.
• Implement the approved resource organization structure.
• Manage the project using Asana with guidance from a Project Manager.
• Document onboarding processes for the new infrastructure.
• Summarize the project using established metrics.
• Part-time position (24 - 32 hours per week).
• Remote internship based in the United States.
• Gain exposure to microfinance concepts and professional development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old by July 14th, 2026.
• Commitment to a full 6-month internship.
• Bachelor’s degree or senior-level enrollment in a related program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with documentation and project management tools preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Passion for Kiva’s mission and social impact work.
