Overview

The HR Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for writing, curating, and synthesizing content into easy-to-understand and meaningful learning experiences for Shriners Children's. As an expert trainer and facilitator, the Specialist will also be responsible for delivering content via multiple modalities.

In Short

  • Define training and learner objectives to meet specific business goals.
  • Design and develop learning solutions and programs in various formats.
  • Adjust training programs based on continuous improvement expectations.
  • Create delivery and deployment programs for successful learning transfer.
  • Document results via surveys and reporting to ensure business goals are met.
  • Identify, plan, and implement continuous learning opportunities.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a training/learning organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Training/Education.
