We’re looking for an HR-Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and improve learning programs that elevate team performance across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR training, learning & development, or organizational development.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and instructional design skills.
• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
