Requirements

• Completed training in IT or a related field.
• Several years of experience in IT support, preferably in 2nd Level.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network and server administration.
• Proficient in IT service management systems and ticketing tools.
• Good command of German (C1) and English.
