Overview

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and assistance to our company's staff, both in-house and remotely.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support.
Perform regular maintenance and monitoring of company IT equipment.
Manage IT inventory and track equipment status.
Prepare and configure devices for new staff members.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
