IT Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide second-level support and assist users with technical challenges while working with the latest information technology.

In Short

• Work as a 2nd Level Support Specialist addressing technical inquiries beyond first-level support.
• Analyze and resolve complex IT issues while collaborating with other support teams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Document solutions and optimize support processes continuously.
• Identify and escalate critical incidents to 3rd Level Support as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with users to ensure high service quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Support IT projects, especially in implementing new technologies.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and contribute to IT support improvement.

Requirements

• Completed training in IT, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration.
• Several years of experience in IT support, ideally in 2nd Level.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with IT service management systems and ticketing tools.
• Good German (C1) and English skills for effective communication.
