We're looking for a remote IT Support Specialist who will handle onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for our distributed team.

In Short

• Handle onboarding and setup of devices for new employees.
• Manage offboarding processes and equipment recovery.
• Provide technical guidance and create training documentation.
• Resolve common IT issues and provide live support.
• Support remote teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Zoom, Salesforce, and VPN tools.
• Experience supporting remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Availability from 15:00 to 02:00 Kyiv time, Monday through Friday.
