As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide essential technical support and assistance to employees, ensuring they have the necessary hardware and software to perform effectively.

• Provide and replace hardware equipment.
• Ensure software access and setup of workspaces.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Document and track issues through a service desk.
• Assist in IT systems administration and maintenance.

• Support AV, server, and network systems as needed.

Requirements

• Customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with GSuite and/or O365 administration.
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Familiarity with Service Desk Platforms (JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Experience with Enterprise Mobile Device Management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with MacOS is a plus.
• Knowledge of technical documentation is a plus.
