Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Experience with Active Directory and basic networking
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
