IT Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

An IT Support Specialist is needed to provide high-quality remote support, troubleshoot issues, and improve internal tools and processes in a multinational environment.

• Deliver high-quality remote support to end users.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Support identity and access operations in Microsoft Entra ID.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in IT support/helpdesk or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Hands-on support experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with IT service management concepts.
• Experience with MDM solutions is a plus.
• Ability to build/improve workflows via scripting or automation preferred.
