Overview

The IT Support Specialist will support and maintain client computer systems, mobile devices, and peripherals, providing both on-site and remote technical assistance.

In Short

  • Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Ensure optimal device performance.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in desktop support.
  • General knowledge of desktop architecture and mobile devices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in desktop support.
  • Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of networking and server topography.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
