Overview

INFUSE, Inc. is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our growing in-house legal function.

In Short

• Support the legal team across various day-to-day matters.
• Review, organize, and track commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
• Assist with due diligence and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to move contracts through approval processes.
• Support employment, privacy, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Work independently across time zones with minimal supervision.
• Bring at least 5–7 years of paralegal experience.
• Paralegal certification or completion of an ABA-approved program required.
• Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in commercial contract workflows.
• Prior experience in a legal department or law firm preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Ability to work across time zones.
