While this is a remote-first, US-based role, this team member will be required to join their team in the Boston office approximately twice per month for meaningful face-to-face interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills are a must.
• Experience with Google Slides, Keynote, Prezi, or similar.
• Proven experience in content development for various platforms.
• Experience in either an agency or in-house marketing environment.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C communication strategies is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• A genuine passion for marketing and storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and copyediting skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
